Chili Crab



It has been a really long time since i savour seafood, purely seafood ... YUMMY.






Some of my relatives were in town and we had decided to have one of S'pore's signature dishes - Chili Crab !

A sweet and slightly spicy dish. We had ordered a couple 'man tou' (half deep fried & the other half steamed) to dip into the sauce too.

I'm so clumsy that I had several splatters on my white polo T-shirt =( .... the T-shirt is still in the pail of bleaching detergent ... pray pray that the stains will go off ... sob~

唔係咖哩, no curry powder =)
係辣椒 =D with beaten egg to thicken the sauce.

sigh ... 真是洗唔去 =(

That dish REALLY looks appetizing!! As for the shirt, you might have to take it to the dry-clean or laundrymat shop and ask the professionals in that business for help/advice. Just a suggestion.

Oops ! I had forgotten abt the shirt that's still soaking in bleach in the pale ! arrrrggghhh ...
