Teddy bears have been a popular wedding favor lately, instead of the usual chocolates. I love collecting teddy bears at wedding dinners especially those with movable limbs (like those abv).
Another favourite favor is the keychain, usually with the 喜喜 symbol or a couple. Somehow i really don't like keychains. I've only got a bunch of keys ... I rather it be a piece of chocolate ... yummy ...
The most unique wedding favor i've got so far is a bookmark, a specially crafted metal bookmark designed and imported from Frankfurt.
Wonder what wedding favors are moe popular in your country, in your culture ? =)

Honey !?!
u mean like a bottle of honey?
When you said "wedding favors", do you mean what the guests receive after a wedding ceremony? Usually, they all get a small piece of the wedding cake wrapped up in nice paper and ribbons. The couple may also decide to give away the usual chocolate treats, candies made out of maple syrup, little porcelain teacups, or something decorative from a handcraft shop.
a tiny bottle of honey, yes, my friend had received 2 tiny bottles of honey in the wedding ceremony
cute bears =)
haricot : Yes, that is it! Do u not call it 'wedding favors' in Canada? Traditionally, guests were supposed to receive a small piece of the wedding cake just like what your country practices ... but over at Singapore, the wedding cake is a fake one (& with a slot for the knife to be inserted), hence no wedding cake for guests. =P
Talking abt maple syrup, i had a bottle (from Canada) from my sister's friend! still dunno what to do with it yet ...
Kineyi : that's pretty new to me! =) ... i'm imagining a tiny bottle of honey in a cute little bottle, maybe shape of a bee .. =P
Garfield : Do u like bears ? I used to collect TY bears (most expensive cost me S$250 for the Sakura bear) and handmade ones (one called Ribena & the other HoneyDew that cost me >$250!. I attempt to make a bear too .. luckily it still look like a bear while my fren's look more like a hairy monkey ! haha
Hi Eden: I like to pour some maple syrup on top of a hot, buttered piece of pancake and eat the whole thing slowly as Brunch on a quiet Sunday morning. Yum !!
